Liana Parrish
Nice to meet you! My name is Liana Parrish.
I am a third-year Psychology major with a Interdisciplinary Studies minor for the Weber Honors College at San Diego State University. I am currently an undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Miguel Villodas Healthy Child and Family Development Lab doing clinical research studying the impact of adversities on academic, emotional and behavioral development among Black and Latinx youth.

I am passionate about mental health advocacy and am interested in researching the connection between trauma and depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders. In my free time I enjoy trying new restaurants, hiking, painting, writing poetry and learning new skills.
